New robust inclinometers for both dynamic and static applications

Kübler Group has launched two new inclinometers, IN6x and IN7x for dynamic applications and harsh environments. Ideal for machines with multi-dimensional movements.

Kübler Group has expanded their product range within inclinometers with the new IN6x and IN7x models. These models, available with either analog output or IO-Link interface, offer precise measurements of 1-dimensional inclinations up to 360° or 2-dimensional inclinations within a measuring range of ±85°.

They are housed in plastic and offer simple programming options, where users can customize the midpoint and endpoints via a teach-adapter. Additional customization options such as rotation direction, filter settings, and output signals can be defined through the FDT/IODD software PACTware. With three LEDs and a level function, quick commissioning and transparent operation are supported. These inclinometers are robust, operate in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, and offer a high protection class of IP68/IP69K, ensuring reliability even under extreme conditions.

The IN7x model also utilizes a gyroscope along with an acceleration sensor (MEMS) to improve the measurement in dynamic applications through an algorithm that combines acceleration and rotation speed for faster results.
