Key Account Manager – DACH
HF Folsgaard GmbH is expanding — and we are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager with strong technical understanding, entrepreneurial energy, and the ability to build a market from the ground up.

- Powertech delivers solutions for the energy and utility sectors, including transformers, switchgear, monitoring of electrical infrastructure, cable testing and diagnostics.
- Greentech focuses on sustainable technologies within wind energy, energy optimization and components supporting the green transition.

Your Mission
This is your chance to develop a market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with huge potential — backed by a strong Nordic engineering culture and an international team of specialists.
You will:
Drive growth & build the market
- Identify and win new customers across the DACH region
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts
- Develop and execute your own sales pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle from needs analysis to contract negotiation
Shape technical and commercial solutions
- Lead technical and commercial dialogues
- Translate customer needs into concrete, tailor‑made solutions
- Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales Support and Service
Stay ahead of the market
- Represent us at customer visits, events and trade fairs
- Monitor competitors, trends, and technological developments
- Provide strategic market insights to guide our growth
What you bring
- Several years of B2B experience in Key Account Management or Business Development
- Preferably an existing network within Powertech, Greentech, Cable or related industries
- Strong technical understanding and ability to challenge and advise customers
- A proactive, self‑driven, and entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy building something new
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel approx. 20–50 days per year
