Team Lead – Greentech

1. Leadership:

• Team leadership and organization in Denmark, China, and India
• Planning towards clear goals and managing initiatives
• Developing and motivating experienced, technically skilled employees through close leadership
• Creating alignment and direction in an international team

2. Structure:

• Optimizing internal workflows and processes
• Quality assurance and documentation (NCR, PPAP)
• Efficient planning of projects and resources

3. Project Management:

• Prioritizing and managing projects from idea to commissioning
• Translating customer drawings into concrete actions
• Collaborating with the technical product manager and suppliers – including contracts and sourcing new suppliers

4. Concept Development:

• Developing new technical ideas and solutions
• Spotting market trends and turning customer needs into innovative concepts

We Imagine You Have:

• Experience in project management and leading engineers or technical specialists
• A strong commercial mindset and the ability to balance quality, relationships, and results
• Education in electrical engineering, automation, or similar
• Knowledge of the wind turbine industry is an advantage
• Fluent in Danish and English
