New Hygienic Emergency Stop and Membrane Buttons

German GEORG SCHLEGEL has expanded the Shortron connect series with hygienic M12 buttons ideal for food production and the pharmaceutical industry.

German supplier of pushbuttons and switches to operate machines and devices, GEORG SCHLEGEL, has expanded their Shortron connect series with an emergency stop button and a membrane button designed for use in hygiene-critical environments. The new products, emergency stop FRVKPOOI_C112 and membrane button SVAFTLI_C005, are manufactured without any crevices or edges, preventing the accumulation of dirt and bacteria. This makes them ideal for food production and the pharmaceutical industry.

Both buttons are made with a high protection rating of IP69K and stainless steel, withstand frequent cleaning and disinfection without damage. They feature integrated M12 connections for quick and easy installation and are DGUV-approved. The membrane button's design allows for an FDA-approved blue seal for applications where this is a requirement.
