Constructed on sturdy concrete or optional steel bases, the frame architecture provides significant stiffness and robustness, enhancing longevity and durability.
Each station is meticulously crafted with premium materials, meeting the highest standards of electrical safety as per Norm 62271-202. The modular side panels and doors are customizable, allowing for flexible design options tailored to specific site conditions and customer preferences. Additionally, these transformer stations boast a high-grade outdoor powder coating, available in standard colors such as Light Grey RAL 7035, Grey RAL 7037, and Green RAL 6014, providing UV protection and resistance to physical impacts.

Safety features include robust three-point locking systems on all doors, integrated with strong padlock-ready lock housings. For enhanced safety, the installations at both ends of the station are fully shielded to prevent unauthorized access to the transformer, with safety rods on the door side.

Ventilation is thoughtfully designed with passive airways through the roof and door-mounted filters, maintaining optimal internal conditions by preventing condensation. The skinned roof construction features underlay foam contributing to moisture control.

The CSS series ensures swift delivery of a fully preassembled unit directly to your construction site, including all necessary switchgear and panels, adhering to EN 61439 standards. Should any component become damaged due to impact or vandalism, parts are readily replaceable thanks to a unique numbering system that guarantees availability of spare parts.
