New AI Camera from TURCK Revolutionizes Industrial Image Processing

TURCK has launched its new Intelligent Vision (TIV), an innovative AI camera that sets new standards in industrial image processing. The camera can be trained with just a few sample images and is capable of independently detecting defects, classifying products, and reading codes directly on the production line – in real time.

TIV is designed for fast deployment without programming and operates as a standalone solution in a robust IP67-rated design. Equipped with a powerful 12 MP sensor and an integrated NVIDIA GPU, the camera performs advanced image processing directly on the device.

The camera comes with four pre-installed AI apps – Difference Check, Classifier, Detector, and Code Scan – making it ideal for tasks such as quality control, sorting, and identification.

The solution is particularly well suited for logistics, packaging, and assembly and production lines, where flexibility, speed, and reliability are essential.
